i thoroughly enjoyed amazingly attentive and very very helpful personnel that ensures guests have a lovely stay.

The venue is fairly large and fairly clean with a reasonable value and very very helpful staff. The superior queen room overlooks the park and includes coffee/tea making machines, a refrigerator, and glassware. The hotel serves tasty food. Thanks very much for a lovely stay, totally recommend.

I thoroughly enjoyed the elegant decor and spacious lounges with a warm and cute atmosphere. The location next to the beautiful park was particularly convenient for leisurely strolls.

Was a lovely base for weekend. Fairly clean hotel with a modern design and great views, it has a fantastic location so close to near major shopping area, the venue's private restaurant, and innumerable bars. We enjoyed nicely furnished rooms and absolutely friendly staff. The breakfast in the bar was good;))

Curiosity got me

Staying here showed that luxury has its quirks. The spacious room was a delight, but knowing the air conditioning failed to cool was disheartening. Breakfast was a culinary highlight, albeit pricey. The fitness and wellness center appealed to my need for relaxation after exploring nearby boutiques. A mixed bag, but certainly a stay that kept me on my toes!

I very much enjoyed the evning meal at the hotel restaurant, the food was very good. The staff member Dominik was very helpful in providing information and also assisted with moving me from a room I was not happy with to a better room.

The rooms at the "back of the hotel" facing the dumpsters were not up to standard, particularly since the booking was made on line and what I had seen on the website is not what I got. Given the prices charged I would not expect to be in a substandard room.

The service was really good. I particularly enjoyed the warm welcome and complimentary treats in my room. The Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent at times, made working from the room challenging.

Adjacent to the Opera House and close to the Altstadt so a perfect location.

Staff were very accomodating and pleasant and hotel presented very well. Location was considered ideal for shops and transport and meals were of excellent quality.
